INNER GREEN TYRE PAINT (IGTP)

Our various grades of IGTP are water‑based, ready‑to‑use formulations developed for green tire treatment in tire manufacturing. OUTSIDE GREEN TIRE PAINT (OGTP)

The OL 926 series are water‑based tire outside lubes developed for uniform application on green tires. Their stable formulation provides excellent flow and release characteristics with fast drying behaviour, supporting reliable outside release performance and consistent tire surface finish in production.

Anti-Tack Agents

Anti-tack solutions are used to prevent the self-adhesion of unvulcanized rubber during storage or processing. A high-efficiency release agent for the treatment of non-vulcanized rubber batches. It is particularly effective when utilized in the Batch Off process to overcome sticking during storage.
